Fifty percent (50%) of the attorney’s fees if the amount collected before or after trial is One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more.
Forty percent (40%) of the attorney’s fees if the amount collected before or after trial is less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
